Motherhood has empowered me.
Motherhood is my muse.
I've grown two humans, care for them, provide for them, and I am responsible for helping to mold them into the people they will become. I don't know of a greater privilege and honor than that. I truly don't think one exists.
None of this is to say that it has not had its challenges, though. It's a learning process and I've got a lifetime of learning to do.
